Dr. Matt Uchtman is a Neurology based Chiropractor practicing and doing his mission work in Cape Girardeau, MO. He has built one of the largest natural healthcare clinics in the entire state. After owning and operating two successful practices in the St. Louis region, Dr. Matt and his family decided to bring Elevation Chiropractic and the 4 Fundamentals to Southeast Missouri and has opened an additional location in Texas.
Dr. Josh Jausel is passionate about helping families raise a healthier generation using The 4 Fundamentals of Health. Dr. Josh earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise & Wellness from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic.
Meet Kaylee, she is caring and organized but also competitive when it comes to her everyday adventures. She loves helping others, especially the elderly population, so it made sense for her to begin her career as a full time Occupational Therapy assistant at SFMC. Though, after 3 years in the medical model she decided to make a change, moving to Elevation full time and just PRN at the hospital for a short time.
Kaylee knew she enjoyed caring for others but once being a patient at Elevation for a year she felt compelled to change paths and work full time in wellness and holistic care. Recently, stepping into the role of case manager for neuropathy and metabolic health. She enjoys educating patients and helping them stay encouraged and smiling.
At home, in Jackson, Kaylee delights in raising her 2 kiddos alongside her husband and spending time on adventures with family. One of their favorite things to do is sing country and worship music together. After birthing both her babies naturally, one at home, Kaylee has also become passionate to share her story of natural childbirth and the joy that comes with bringing life into this world as God intended. She always looks forward to sharing her story and educating other moms as well.
In the office, she can’t wait to help you and other patients reach optimal health and your wellness goals.
Jeanna is a vibrant and dynamic individual who thrives in the hustle and bustle of family life. Married and the proud mother of three young men, she also cherishes her role as a mother-in-law and granny to a delightful granddaughter and grandson.
Jeanna’s passion for family is matched only by her enthusiasm for creating fun and memorable experiences, making her the go-to person for laughter and joy in her circle as well as in our office. With an infectious spirit, she brings energy and positivity wherever she goes!

A devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys, she finds joy in balancing family life with her passions. When she’s not capturing moments through her photography business, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors—whether it’s splashing around in the river with her boys, soaking up the sun on the lake, or embarking on hunting adventures with her husband.
